Home Design
As a custom builder, we allow the freedom for customers to build for their lifestyle and needs. But for some, designing a custom home can be a lengthy and daunting task. Luckily, we are able to streamline that process because of the vast database of homes that RyMark has built over the years. We can show you options and ideas of what may work for you within your budget! Often times, a prior home plan can be a starting point towards customizing your home. We can change or add things, as you please. The benefits of building with a custom builder is truly unmatched.

Design Team
At RyMark Homes, we have an in-house designer that can assist each of our clients, ensuring that your personal touches and styles are incorporated in your new build. Instead of stressing about which color tile to choose in your guest bathroom, you will have the expertise of our designer to make this process smooth. We will help make your home feel cohesive and uniquely you.

Follow Up and Warranty
Once your home is has completed construction, does not mean the process if over! We want you to feel great about the build of your new, custom home. After a final walk through, you should be confident in the final finished product. We want to make sure our clients are happy during the build and for years to come while they are living there. With dedicated professionals designated to solely assist home owners, we are able to ensure that your questions are still getting answered. During closing, you will be provided with a Welcome Packet with phone numbers and contacts of not only our main office staff, but also every subcontractor that has worked on your home.

At RyMark Homes we are committed to you before, during and after your new home is completed. Your 1, 2 and 10-year combined warranty includes coverage for one year on workmanship and materials, coverage for two years on the mechanical systems (the electrical, plumbing, as well heating and cooling), and coverage for 10 years on structural defects.
