Thank you to every single person who had a hand in building our dream home especially Ryan, Aaron, and Kathy. We truly love our home and have thoroughly enjoyed it over the past year. I guess it couldn’t have come at a better time as we were able to enjoy the home even more during Covid.

Everyone had told us “building a house is so much work and so stressful” but we found the opposite – working with RyMark was easy, fun, and really not very stressful at all!

We designed our own plans (no architect) and RyMark worked with us on our unique design ideas to let us know what was reasonable/possible – most of our ideas were incorporated into the final plans.

We had great help from our designer Kathy and the rest of the team to choose the appliances, tiling, wood, and colors that worked best for us and by the end Kathy really “got” our style and had things pre-picked out which we loved.

We were incredibly happy with how our house turned out and love living here. We also still get tons of compliments from everyone who visits – even those who have seen it before!

Ironically, we never planned to build a new home – we were looking into renovating our house of 22 years. But after a dinner with friends we discovered a piece of land that captured our imagination, and we began a conversation with Ryan and Mark, and then with the team. A conversation that transformed a concept into the home that manifested our values: family, nature, togetherness, light, space. From early discussions around land usage and design, to the many practical choices from windows to faucets, Rymark (Mark, Ryan, Aaron, Kathy, Amanda and the entire team) had the blend of visionaries and operational members to guide us through our first build. Their commitment to understanding our vision and to getting it right was evident. We couldn’t be more pleased with our home, and the experience of building it.

As first-time home builders, we could not have asked for a better experience than we had with Ryan, Mark, and their entire crew. Even better than the fun, stress free building process, is a product that turned out better than we could have dreamed, and has been featured several times in local media publications. From the time we talked through the details of our contract, to picking out the various features of our home that make it exactly how we wanted, RyMark listened to every detail that we requested, and worked with us to get the home that we wanted. We felt comfortable stopping by the site, getting to know the contractors, watching the build process, and asking questions along the way. We could sense through the construction process, that the contractors took pride in their work, which resulted in unprecedented attention to detail in our home that guests really notice. We have lived in our home for several years and are happy to see that our home continues to age well, even with the use that our young family gives it. We love our beautiful home and had such a fun time building that we can confidently say that we would do it again in a heartbeat with Ryan and Mark.

Having an expert interior decorator on the team was a huge plus that helped tie together all the design details that I had envisioned. The home was built with excellent quality, and the build team has been attentive to any questions I have had while learning how to best care for my new home.
